   In the selection process, peristaltic pump drivers mainly consider the flow rate of the pumping liquid, the type of the selected pipes and the speed governing requirements.
   In general, larger flow rate requires larger pump tube size, larger pump tube, larger contact area with rotor, more extruded material, greater friction force, and greater drive power. The harder peristaltic pump material requires higher energy to squeeze the pump tube, and the required power of the driver is greater. That is to say, the larger the size of the pump tube and the higher the hardness, the greater the energy consumption. In addition, the configuration, suction height and outlet pressure of the rotor, pump tube, pump bed and so on will also affect the torque load of the motor. The total torque load of the system is equal to the product of the torque load and the number of channels per pump channel.


   A driver with sufficient torque and speed is suitable for some applications of one fluid transport. The driver is compact in structure and low in energy consumption. Different tooth number ratio produces different torque output. The flow rate adjustable driver can regulate the flow of all channels  simultaneously. The digital driver can control the peristaltic pump optimally, and its built-in tachometer provides timely feedback. The flow value can also be displayed.
